Sometimes taking off work in the middle of the day in the middle of the week is not an option. You’re ready to make some decisions and get things taken care of but just can’t seem to find the time. Or maybe “time” found you or your loved one and it’s got to be done now. We can help. Our schedule is flexible.
Meeting with you wherever you are most comfortable
If you would like to meet in the office--that is great. It’s very easy to find and there is plenty of free, covered parking. (Please click the above underlined link or the “Contact us” tab at any time to see a map of our location and contact information). If you’d prefer something more relaxed, a quiet coffee shop or the library is great. In fact, sitting in your living room or at your kitchen table is great too! Anywhere you’re comfortable will work as long as it’s quiet and not too crowded. And, of course bedside meetings are accommodated in the home, hospital, or other healthcare facility should that be necessary.
Keeping our expenses low so you can too
You won’t be paying for big salaries, fancy office space and a large full-time support staff. Our practice is small--one attorney working with just enough staff to deliver affordable services to you.
Staying focused
Our services are limited to areas related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate to ensure the highest level of attention and competence. You won’t find a long list of links to different areas of practice because we are focused on what you need right now: Help with the decisions you’re facing and the documents you need to put in place. When it comes to areas related to estate planning, you have our undivided attention.
We know there are many resources and options available to you whether you simply need basic documents, want to create a more comprehensive estate plan, or are at the probate or administrative stage of the process. There are books you can check out in the library, there are online forms, and there are lawyers and law practices of all sizes and descriptions, actual and virtual. We hope you will give some real thought to which is the best fit for you.
